A Snapshot of Your Day
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for the Americas Services Compression team responsible for prioritizing meetings, expenses, travel bookings, etc.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Makes travel arrangements for the team members
- Provide support with expenses, planning and coordinating meetings
- Orders supplies, equipment and services to support as needed.
- Keep the team directory up to date.
- Involvement in special projects as needed
What You Bring
- 3 years of combined experience and education in executive assistant tools and technics.
- Experience working for projects is a plus.
- Good handling of Outlook and Word is required, basics of Excel and Power point are a plus.
- English and Spanish fluency is required.
- Integrity, dedicated, task oriented, networking, troubleshooting skills.
