役割について
A Snapshot of Your Day
Your day starts with reviewing key financial activities and ensuring accounting processes run accurately and on time. You monitor transactions, reconcile accounts, and support month-end closing activities to maintain reliable financial records.Throughout the day, you collaborate with finance and business teams to resolve discrepancies, clarify financial data, and support reporting needs. You also support audits and ensure documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with internal requirements. If you enjoy working with details, solving problems, and bringing structure to accounting processes, this role offers broad exposure and the opportunity to make a visible impact across the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Coordinate the booking of supplier invoices
- Coordinate and monitor fixed asset accounting activities
- Perform monthly closing tasks, analyze general ledger accounts, and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Participate in the preparation of the annual financial statements and local statutory closing process
- Contribute to month-end closing activities by ensuring reconciliations and controls are completed accurately
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and financial analyses
- Ensure alignment between subledger and general ledger records, including reconciliation and control of balance sheet accounts
What You Bring
- Completed studies in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience working with SAP is an advantage
- Confident communication skills in English
- Precise, structured, and independent way of working
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and collaborative mindset
- High personal standard for quality, accuracy, and well-structured documentation
