A Snapshot of Your Day

As Sales Manager for Wind Power in LATAM, you’ll be the commercial face of our wind energy business, responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, understanding market dynamics, and driving project pipeline growth. You’ll lead negotiations for Turbine Supply Agreements and Service & Maintenance Agreements, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and financial targets. As an individual contributor, you’ll collaborate closely with proposal, technical, and financial teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and support our strategic goals in Mexico and across LATAM.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, government entities, and energy/wind associations in Mexico and LATAM.
  • Lead commercial negotiations for Turbine Supply Agreements and Service & Maintenance Agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and build a robust project pipeline.
  • Act as the primary commercial interface for customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal proposal, technical, and financial teams to shape competitive offers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal commercial guidelines, pricing strategy, and financial modeling.

What You Bring

  • University degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years proven experience in the energy sector, preferably in wind power.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand customer financial models.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (professional working proficiency).
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple stakeholders, with strong familiarity in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% across Mexico and LATAM (Chile, Peru, Caribbean, Uruguay, Argentina).
