- Development and execution of an AI strategy for Project Management aligned with organizational and digital transformation goals, including prioritization of the AI roadmap for maximum business impact
- Leadership of the deployment of AI-powered solutions for project analytics, forecasting, resource management, and workflow automation
- Integration of AI assistants, predictive models, and intelligent agents into enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and Planview (OnePM)
- Collaboration with Project Management Heads and business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and drive adoption
- Ensuring seamless integration with existing systems through close coordination with data teams and AI developers, along with monitoring of market trends and emerging technologies
- Promotion of AI literacy and upskilling across the project management community, combined with reporting on AI initiatives, progress, and business impact to senior leadership
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in project management, digital transformation, or AI implementation across multiple locations, combined with a proven track record in leading technology-driven transformation programs and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Deep expertise in SAP, Salesforce, and Planview (OnePM), along with strong understanding of project management processes and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with data scientists, AI developers, and diverse business teams
