- Lead the rollout and refinement of a standardized, scalable PLM framework adaptable to evolving software development practices like SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
- Oversee adherence to Siemens Energy’s PLM standards, integrating best practices in innovation, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Establish a structured approach to process improvement by leveraging feedback from agile teams and regularly updating PLM processes and documentation
- Foster collaboration between portfolio managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on PLM objectives
- Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to equip teams with the skills to effectively use the PLM process in agile environments
- Champion the integration of agile principles within the PLM process to enhance time-to-market and software quality
- Extensive experience in software product lifecycle management, process ownership, or business management within a complex, global organization
- Deep understanding of PLM frameworks, stage-gate models, and agile methodologies (including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Proven track record in implementing, governing, and continuously improving processes in agile software development environments
- Strong knowledge of risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, and change management in software product development
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across agile teams and senior leadership
- Experience in training, enablement, and documentation management as well as a strategic mindset, analytical skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence and innovation
