- Develop and Oversee OCM Strategy: Create and implement the overall OCM strategy for GSO, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication across OCM teams to ensure consistency and alignment. Work together with leadership and interested parties to encourage agreement on change initiatives.
- Training and Development: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across multiple organizations and locations.
- Change Impact Assessment: Define and execute change impact assessments, develop risk mitigation strategies for high-impact changes, and coordinate feedback loops to continuously improve change adoption.
- Monitor and Report OCM Activities: Track OCM activities, monitor change adoption KPIs, and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.
- Master’s or university degree in Communication, Management, or Organizational Development, or equivalent professional experience.
- Long term experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields. Proven experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Proficiency in business process transformation management and optimization. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of large industry company processes, structures, and systems (Siemens Energy or Siemens experience is an advantage). A dedicated personality with a strong motivation to inspire change and enhance business processes
