  • Team Support — Mentor junior welders and collaborate with engineering on corrective actions and production goals.

What You Bring

  • Industrial Welding Experience — Minimum 5 years of welding experience in industrial, heavy manufacturing, or component repair environments.
  • Education Background — High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or an Associate’s degree in Welding Technology preferred.
  • Technical Skillset — Proficiency with TIG/MIG welding, robotic systems, fabrication tools, and precision measurement instruments.
  • Quality & Documentation — Ability to inspect welds, identify defects, and complete production and quality records accurately.
  • Safety & Reliability — Strong commitment to EHS standards, equipment care, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
  • Problem‑Solving — Capable of independently resolving non‑routine repair challenges with limited supervision.
