- Develop, shape and lead internal programs (incl. setting goals, deadlines, tracking progress and assessing results) to support business targets
- Observe, integrate or develop business processes and concepts to increase standardization and overall profitability
- Collaborate with other portfolios, functions, and regions to ensure best practice sharing across the organization
- Support the organization in reducing non-conformity costs, while increasing productivity and efficiency in our growing market
- Moderation and coaching of stakeholder meetings for planning activities, risk evaluation, claim and conflict situations
- A university degree in Finance, Consulting, Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience and strong interest in project management, coupled with a high personal drive to lead internal programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience in cross‑border stakeholder and conflict management
- Strong ability to present, structure, and articulate ideas and improvement proposals clearly and convincingly
- Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written
- Flexibility, an open and diverse mindset, and a willingness to travel (approximately 20–30%)
