- Developing and implementing comprehensive organizational change strategies aligned with project and business objectives
- Identifying, analyzing, and leading collaborator expectations and resistance and related risks, and crafting effective engagement strategies
- Creating and delivering clear, consistent communication materials to inform and motivate employees
- Coordinating training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to support employees through change
- Conducting change impact analyses on people, processes, and systems, and developing appropriate mitigation measures
- Assessing organizational readiness for change and implementing actions to close identified gaps
- Monitoring and reporting on change adoption progress, collecting feedback, and communicating success metrics to collaborators
- Collaborating closely with project teams, HR leadership, and other departments to embed change management into project plans
- A completed university degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field or/and
- Several years of experience in organizational change management, ideally in an international and cross-functional environment
- Strong knowledge of established organizational change methodologies
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of empathy, persuasiveness, and confidence in engaging with all levels of the organization
- Experience with agile working methods and transformation projects is a plus
