A Snapshot of Your Day 

As an Order Manager (f/m/d) at Siemens Energy, you will efficiently coordinate important compression projects, playing a vital role in our ambitious journey towards industrial decarbonization. Your day will involve dynamic interactions with internal teams and clients, ensuring each project progresses well. You'll take charge of meetings and negotiations with collaborators, making strategic decisions that contribute to our projects' success. Every day presents new challenges and chances to innovate within a collaborative and encouraging team culture.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Responsibility for project management of turbocompressors from sales handover to delivery
  • Managing internal interfaces such as planning, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing
  • Leading meetings and negotiations with internal customers and management
  • Coordinating project planning and control budgets and quality standards
  • Efficiently and effectively address blocking issues
  • Representing projects to project management and internal interfaces as well as management
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in a professional setting
  • Proven experience in rotating equipment and mechanical engineering
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Interested in functional leadership and intercultural relations, along with excellent communication skills
  • Passion for driving projects to successful implementation
  • Being able to accurately define project needs and complete them flawlessly
