At Siemens Energy, every day brings new challenges and opportunities. As the I&C Electrical Engineer Team Lead, you will develop and implement work plans based on recommendations and best practices, address Fault Notifications, and identify root causes to ensure top-notch service. You will manage our Plant Management System for reporting faults and performing on-site work, support and improve our safety and health management systems, and work with other departments to foster a team-oriented environment

How You’ll Make an Impact?

• Support team and plant maintenance activities
• Develop and implement work plans and orders
• Address and solve faults, identify root causes
• Use the plant management system for various tasks
• Support safety and health management with training and guidelines
• Assist other departments as needed
• Manage tools and inventory
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on I&C/EL equipment
• Continuously improve technical knowledge through training
• Report to the Maintenance Manager

What You Bring

• Professional education in I&C/EL engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Electrical safety permission (5th group)
• Fluency in English and Armenian
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based databases
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
