Snapshot of Your Day
As an Intern in the HR department, you will be a key support to the HRBPs team. Your main tasks will include upgrading our Employees Experience, revamping the onboarding and offboarding processes. You will also be involved in assessing the capability building needs and in organizing developmental and inspirational workshops for our Talents.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Revising and revamping both onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Collaborating with the HRBPs team in creating training & development plans as well as assessing its effectiveness.
- Leading language upskilling activities for all employees
- Providing administrative assistance in organizing workshops and team meetings.
What You Bring
- Genuine enthusiasm for working in HR and creating innovative solutions.
- Interest in the future of creating effective organizations and keeping up with trends in this field.
- Ability to conduct presentations and facilitate discussions in collaboration with HRBPs, including creating necessary materials.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
- Proficiency in English.
- Availability 3-5 days a week - to be determined. Preferred in-office work in Warsaw.
About the Team
In this role, you will be part of Human Resources Business Partners. This team is responsible for strategic advisory to business units and function leaders. Driving the talent agenda and organizational design in service of business priorities. You can expect to receive full trust and autonomy to grow and succeed.
