- Establishment of a central end-to-end fleet ownership function in the absence of a previously existing global role.
- Replacement of decentralized, multi-organizational ownership structures through clear and harmonized global steering.
- Harmonization of governance, execution, and operational implementation across all fleet-related topics.
- Ensuring of a consistent global fleet strategy combined with effective regional execution.
- Acceleration of the implementation of central decisions through clear accountability structures.
- Achievement of measurable improvements in total cost of ownership (TCO), CO₂ performance, compliance, and transparency.
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualification preferred.
- Senior management experience in global, cross-functional end-to-end roles within international matrix organizations, including engagement with VP/SVP/C-level stakeholders, fleet operations management across the full lifecycle, as well as supplier, contract, and governance management.
- Strong expertise in fleet management, TCO, KPI, and CO₂ steering, combined with experience in ESG, compliance, and the development and steering of global operating and governance models.
- Strong ownership mentality and decision-making capability, with proven leadership, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, execution focus, and senior stakeholder management skills in complex international environments.
