- Analyze status quo of different commodities with regard to risks and opportunities together with existing experts (Commodity Managers, Buyers, Engineers)
- Identify and prioritize levers for value creation (esp. cost reduction, lead time and de-risking)
- Align levers with relevant stakeholders and identify opportunities for collaboration with stakeholders outside of the own business area (esp. Project Entity and Controls & Digitalization)
- Develop target picture and define implementation plan, incl. identification of risks
- Align implementation plan with stakeholders (esp. Engineering, Supplier Quality & Development)
- Orchestrate relevant commodity managers and buying organization to support the project; align different initiatives towards the target picture
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree or equivalent experience in an engineering or business field or similar career track record
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to quickly understand challenges/opportunities and create big picture
- Innovative mindset with strong motivation to create change for the better
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Understanding of electrical components, preferably Electric Engineering degree, or supply chain experience in Electric industry
- Proficiency in English, proficiency in German is a plus
