This Summer internship program is designed to develop your finance career with hands on industry experience. This program will help you unlock your potential and explore new opportunities in the finance sector.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Dynamic Pathways: Experience diverse finance disciplines, including financial accounting, service operations finance, manufacturing operations finance, commercial project management, sales, and business controlling.
• Cultivate a Professional Network: Build a strong professional network through our buddy program and mentorship support. These connections will support your career growth beyond the program, creating a network of like-minded professionals who are committed to your growth.
• Personal & Professional Development: Engage in a variety of technical and leadership training aimed at enhancing both your professional skills and personal growth.
  Opportunity to transition into the FEA program as a full-time employee upon graduation.
• Understanding the Energy Landscape: Gain insights into the energy industry and the customer landscape, equipping you with the knowledge to navigate and contribute effectively to the sector.

• Educational Background
  • Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, or other business-related disciplines graduating by May 2026.
• Academic Performance
  • Preferred GPA above 3.0
• Work Authorization
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the Canada without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
