Do you thrive on keeping buildings running smoothly, safely, and efficiently? As a Facility Management Leader, you'll be at the heart of Siemens Energy's mission to maintain and improve our factory facilities. Your day will be filled with dynamic challenges—planning budgets, managing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising repair projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and government standards. You’ll collaborate with technical teams, oversee vendors, and drive energy-saving initiatives while ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and optimized for peak performance. How You’ll Make an Impact
• Manage Facility Operations: Create and maintain the asset register for all equipment on-site while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and energy efficiency standards.
• Lead Preventive Maintenance: Plan and implement annual maintenance schedules and special cleaning programs to reduce equipment failures and improve reliability.
• Oversee CAPEX & OPEX Projects: Plan budgets, manage procurement processes, and oversee project timelines for capital and operational expenditures.
• Vendor and Supplier Management: Supervise suppliers, conduct monthly/quarterly vendor reviews, and ensure service quality aligns with manufacturer recommendations.
• Drive Energy Efficiency: Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives while developing strategies to minimize carbon emissions.

What You Bring
• Experience: 8+ years of facility operations experience, ideally in technical or engineering-related roles.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English—listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Technical Expertise: Strong project management and technical engineering skills, paired with proficiency in software tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Problem-Solving & Leadership: Decision-making capabilities, problem-solving expertise, and a proven ability to guide teams and vendors effectively.
• Customer Orientation: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver top-tier service.
