Our Onshore North America Technical Office, under the PM organization, is looking for a talented individual with technical and Project Management background to join our team who will be responsible for documentation management, tech writing, and Fluix support for all platforms in Projects.
The Documentation Manager is responsible for the successful management of assembly documentation of SGRE turbines new and old models for ON North America Projects. Role involves close collaboration and coordination with Corporate Technical Office, Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Construction, Procurement, Sales, Quality and Service organizations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Serve as liaison between wind farms and tech office and support the activities when required.
- Creation of PDF Document Fillables (Road maps, checklists for all jobs).
- Participation in reviewing emails from the FINALDOCUS for RFI relation.
- Fluix Administrator for Support/Configuration and Workflow creation.
- Collaborate in the maintenance of TeamCenter updates.
- Participation in learning BIC website to access necessary documents for the repower.
- Manage and track the dispersion of updated documentation to wind farms, customers and sub-contractors. Ensure the latest revision of documents are available to site.
- Update monthly KPI’s related to active projects and initiatives and provide monthly updates to TENM leadership.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, preferred but not required.
- 2+ years’ experience in documentation management.
- Estimated 10-20% travel.
- Wind Power Industry and product experience is preferred
