A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Capability Lead (f/m/d) you coordinate and review CAPA and 3i activities by aligning with project managers on commitments, ensuring complete documentation, summarizing review outcomes, and following up on agreed actions while supporting colleagues in using the tools and processes correctly. In parallel, you contribute to the global SAP S/4HANA transformation by driving harmonized and standardized project execution practices, testing and validating implemented solutions, and collaborating closely with business, IT, and implementation partners to ensure solutions meet business requirements.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Ensure the correct application of the CAPA process for nonconformances, risks, or customer complaints, including managing database access and conducting training sessions
  • Prepare 3i reviews, finalize the acceptance list and initiate the award payments together with the 3i - Commission members
  • Collect ideas and initiate change requests for CAPA / 3i tools, supporting implementation and training for users
  • Prepare regular overviews of CAPA / 3i process successes and summarize KPI achievement to management and at share point
  • Drive the operational change in the context of implementation of quality processes within SAP by involving and coordinating with the technical experts to ensure proper integration of project related processes with other SAP modules
  • Manage Projects capability across multiple rollout entities, understanding necessary organizational changes and identify process improvement opportunities by a strong collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

What You Bring
  • Completed a technical university or university of applied sciences degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable field and a strong knowledge of SAP based processes and tools
  • Several years of professional experience in quality and process management, a strong understanding of end-to-end Project processes, and Change Management experience is a plus
  • Excellent team collaboration, communication, and analytical skills as well as commitment to responsibilities and ownership of tasks
  • Structured work approach, focus on meeting deadlines, and ability to remain calm in critical discussions, steering them toward solutions
  • Experience in priority handling and the ability to balance global standardization with local execution needs 
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
