As a Project Manager your day will be filled with dynamic and impactful activities. You will be at the forefront of ambitious projects, coordinating a diverse team from various fields, such as factory order management, finance, procurement, logistics, ehs, engineering etc. In the role you will lead and coordinate multiple projects globally, ensuring the execution of the project while encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and coordinate the execution of projects in line with contracts, budgets, and Siemens Energy’s requirements
• Assemble and manage the project team, acting as an entrepreneurial leader
• Serve as the face of the company towards our customers, maintaining a close and productive dialogue
• Ensure Zero Harm principles are embedded in all aspects of project execution
• Successfully implement project strategies that align with our dedication to decarbonization and innovation
• Monitor project progress and report to both local and regional management, ensuring transparency and accountability

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy / Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in leading project teams with a strong sense of responsibility
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable, even under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and extensive experience in communicating in Kazakh/Russian and English, both verbally and in writing
• Strong coordination, problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple fields
• Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
