A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will serve as the interface between our global Project Management, Engineering, Field Service, customers, and other business units (Steam Turbine, Distributed Generation). You will be responsible for coordinating, preventing, and resolving technical issues throughout the entire lifecycle, from testing to end of life cycle.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Serve as the point of contact for Prevention of Technical Issues (PTI) throughout the lifecycle, including test runs, installation, commissioning, and operation.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary teams to develop solutions for technical issues related to compressor trains.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Product Line, Project Management, Service, and Field Service on technical prevention activities.
  • Lead and support Root Cause Analyses (RCA or equivalent experience) and drive fact-finding processes on customer sites, including remote diagnostics and on-site evaluations.
  • Handle lessons learned (CAPA) from technical issues to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure global clarity of corrective and preventive measures for organizational learning.
 

What You Bring

  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering or equivalent.
  • Over 8 years of experience in the technical rotating equipment sector, particularly in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries.
  • Strong quality leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of core compressor systems, packages, and controls.
  • Advanced proficiency in the English language.
  • Outstanding skills in moderation, initiative, critical thinking, analytical thinking, customer focus, and quality focus.
