- Collaborate within a global R&D and factory network to drive innovation and support regional demands.
- Promote standardization and modularization program while developing, improving, and implementing transformer design rules for specific applications.
- Assist regional factory sites and engineering teams with technical expertise and operational support.
- Conduct material qualification and oversee technical supplier development, including audits and managing technical claims.
- Support global commodity teams.
- Engage in problem-solving and root cause analyses.
- Degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field
- Longstanding experience in Finite Element Method (FEM) modelling and high voltage design of electrical devices
- Experience working on international projects, ideally in transformers and grid technology
- Strong analytical skills with a systematic approach to complex problem-solving
- Structured, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent teamwork, collaboration skills, and proficient communication in English; additional languages are a plus
