- Lead and co-develop digital platforms in close collaboration with IT and Marketing, delivering curated, high-value content that supports digital transformation for customers.
- Translate business needs into digital solutions, contributing to the design, testing, and continuous improvement of tools that enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate across departments to create engaging communication formats tailored to specific topics and audiences.
- Own the creation and editing of compelling internal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Analyze performance data regularly to optimize formats and increase communication impact
- University degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field, along with several years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in Project Management (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) and working in cross-functional teams is required; Digital Marketing, Event Management, or Content Strategy are a plus
- A basic understanding of metadata, digital content optimization, and hands-on experience with communication platforms and tools
- A curious and creative personality, eager to explore new ideas and apply them in daily work, with a strong habit of self-directed learning
- Excellent English communication skills, with confidence in public speaking and moderation is essential
- An open, optimistic, and collaborative attitude, with a growth mindset and a dedication to continuous improvement and quality with outstanding organizational and time management skills
