How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will lead the enhancement of the PFMEA application, ensuring it meets the highest standards of functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers and Quality Assurance to identify and resolve issues within the current tool.
• Optimize the reporting tool developed in R Shiny, making it more efficient and user-friendly.
• Create and implement scripts that enhance the overall user experience, making processes smoother for all stakeholders.
• Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and effective process support for blade manufacturing.

What You Bring

• You have a strong background in C# programming, with hands-on experience in application development.
• Proficiency in R Shiny is essential for optimizing our reporting tool.

About the Team

You will be joining a diverse and dynamic team of 17 process Engineers spread across five countries, China, UK, Spain, Portugal and Denmark, fostering a rich environment of collaboration and innovation. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures, ensuring that ideas flow freely and projects progress smoothly. Together, we are committed to supporting each other and driving excellence in our processes, particularly in the realm of blade manufacturing.
