Join our dynamic Crane & Logistics Procurement team as a part-time student, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of material pricing data in SAP for the Esbjerg Tooling Center. Imagine being at the heart of our operations, ensuring that contract & pricing information is accurate and up-to-date, while also providing essential support to our procurement function. You will engage with engineering and suppliers to clarify demands and ensure sourcing of items needed for our tooling rental business is secured, making a tangible business impact. Your contributions will help streamline processes and support our mission of operational excellence.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Maintain and update material prices in SAP, focusing on items not covered by other commodities.
- Verify the accuracy of pricing data against source documents and supplier information before entry.
- Identify, investigate, and correct discrepancies in material master data within the SAP system.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather necessary pricing information and clarify data points, serving as a key contact for material price queries.
- Support logistics presales activities by maintaining price data bases for delivery routes
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience with data entry or familiarity with ERP systems from academic projects or internships is considered a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Proactive communication skills with effective problem-solving abilities and efficient time management.
About the team
You will join the Crane & Logistics Procurement team, responsible for all project sourcing activities of logistics and crane services in North Europe and Middle East. And you will collaborate closely with the global CAPEX procurement team and the Esbjerg Tooling Center team who is handling the rental of construction tools and transport equipment for construction and service sites. The teams are based in Hamburg, Brande / Esbjerg and Bilbao.
