- Demonstrate strong initiative and attention to detail
- Utilize all tools available to minimize MTBV and maximize availability
- Posses the ability to analyze and resolve problems independently
- Work within Siemens' safety guidelines
- Trian and mentor newer technicians
- Collaborate with Lead Tech to ensure best practices
What You Bring
- Family 9 troubleshooter skills
- Ability to follow all safety protocol and perform LOTO
- Attention to detail with checklists and snag list
- Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
