A Snapshot of Your Day

You start your morning reviewing project milestones and aligning with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and logistics. Throughout the day, you manage subcontractor activities, monitor project budgets, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders. You lead risk assessments, track commercial performance, and prepare communication plans to support project execution. By day's end, you’ve advanced progress on key deliverables and set the stage for successful project handover.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·         Lead end-to-end project execution while ensuring financial accountability and performance.

·         Develop and manage detailed project plans and communication strategies across internal and external stakeholders.

·         Monitor schedules, budgets, and productivity to maintain alignment with project goals.

·         Oversee transformer D&T and warranty projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful handover.

·         Conduct risk assessments and ensure accuracy in proposals and contract documentation.

·         Deliver clear, consistent updates to leadership and project teams on progress, forecasts, and status.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
  • PMP certification with strong knowledge of project management tools and processes
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience managing electrical or construction projects over $1M
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in subcontractor management, risk mitigation, and project communication
  • Experience in commercial reporting, project closure, and handover processes
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
