- You support, consult and advice the Business Strategy team as well as GT’s Execution Area management on technical aspects covering the various execution units with focus on M&A and/or Partnering.
- You play a key role in detecting potential gaps in the Grid Technologies product portfolio and adapt the M+A strategy for GT’s Execution Areas.
- You are widely recognized as expert source and consult senior management in strategic technical topics within Grid Technology portfolio’s and strategic projects.
- You are playing a significant and impactful role in scouting and developing new opportunities for Grid Technologies.
- You participate in external conferences / Publish in alignment with management for Fields of Action (FoA) & Technology Fields (TF) Leads.
- You lead international communities with Energy Trends and/or Grid Technology Initiatives.
- Long term experience in core High Voltage Grid Technologies such as Transformers, Gas and Air insulated switchgear, Surge Arrestors, Bushings, Instrumentation transformers, Service, Substations, HVDC etc.
- You are an encouraging leader with regional/national/global reputation in Grid Technologies.
- Outstanding experience in Grid Technology product specifications, design and manufacturing.
- Extensive technological and business knowledge in the field of Grid Technologies, acknowledged by colleagues, management and other external experts in the field.
- You think in Technical, yet Business model orientated approach.
- You think creatively and bring the ability to challenge the existing approach through expert ideas.
