How to contribute to our vision

This request is for additional Service Technicians to support the operational ramp-up of the Hai Long offshore wind farm. This entry-level role is critical for ensuring the project has the necessary on-site technical staff for the planned commissioning and ongoing operations. To meet this objective, the role is structured around two core areas: on-site wind turbine maintenance and strict adherence to safety and documentation protocols. This focus ensures that new technicians can effectively contribute to the hands-on operational needs of the wind farm while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. Given the focus on foundational technical tasks, the ideal candidate will possess a vocational or technical degree in a relevant field like mechanics or electronics. While prior experience is not required, a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to working safely in a supervised, team-oriented environment are essential. The role is required to be located on Service Operations Vessel and work in the 2-weeks-on-2-weeks-off rotation.
