- Lead and orchestrate critical initiatives with a strong focus on end-to-end supply chain transformation, resilience, and value creation
- Define and implement a forward-looking SCM framework, including capability development, digital enablement, and risk mitigation
- Analyze complex business and operational challenges, particularly in SCM and Procurement, and translate them into strategic opportunities
- Drive cross-functional alignment and lead virtual teams to deliver measurable outcomes across planning, sourcing, and execution
- Ensure transparency and strategic coherence across the Distributed portfolio, enabling informed decision-making at senior levels
- Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, ensuring partner alignment and strategic clarity across the organization
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in leading strategic SCM initiatives in global, matrixed environments, ideally with consulting or transformation background.
- Proven ability to engage with executive collaborators and influence decision-making at the highest levels
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to develop and communicate persuasive arguments
- Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse, cross-functional teams in dynamic and complex settings
- Excellent communication skills in English and a track record of motivating change in international, multicultural environments
