- Support Hub Germany in daily operational activities to ensure all security systems function correctly and remain up to date.
- Collaborate with external service providers for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks (2nd-level support) and provide technical assistance to the ID card office for access control systems.
- Manage access rights, ensuring proper documentation, authorization, and compliance with global security standards.
- Contribute to global compliance programs by supporting internal/external audits and ensuring security standards are met during site visits.
- Prepare and coordinate technical and administrative tasks, including creating IT Demands, sharing requirement documents, and placing RV-LAN orders aligned with system design.
- Create regular reports for Operations and customers and communicate with data center/server owners regarding updates, maintenance, and system performance.
- Bachelor Professional in Information Technology, Security Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating security systems or working in a similar security-focused role.
- Strong understanding of security systems, technologies, and relevant security standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a structured manner.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to provide hands-on support for security systems.
