A Snapshot of Your Day 

Primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with specifics customers in Israel.

Understanding of the customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that SIEMENS ENERGY  brings to the customer to drive to real business outcomes.

Dissemination of key messages, initiatives, and of information pertaining to the value SIEMENS ENERGY brings to that specific customer at all levels of the customer’s organization.

Business partner to the customer, establishes a defensible barrier to competitors, maximizes the business potential of their customers, and acts as the primary supplier interface for all products, solutions and services with this customer.

Champions the customers’ needs and requirements within the SIEMENS ENERGY organization


How You’ll Make an Impact 

? Take the ownership of the whole sales process for Service opportunities and make necessary coordination with other involved parties to provide technically accurate and commercially/financially compliant proposals.
? Coordinate whole proposal process up to the customer Purchase Order using Sales Force. Collaboration with financials, project execution and supply chain management departments during whole PO process ensuring all Siemens Energy processes and compliance requirements are implemented and strictly adhered to, being aware of the organization’s safety and security procedures, ensuring they are adhered to at all times.
? Coordinates with engineering, factory, field service groups and marketing groups to resolve configuration, scope and technical changes during the quoting process.
? Plans and manages sales proposals for service opportunities to determine proposal feasibility. 
? Servicing customers after the sale to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
? Responsible for the bid clarification and negotiation with customer.
? Work together with relevant stakeholders Customers, Suppliers, Managers, Colleagues, effective communication Written & Verbal. 
? Collaborate and drive initiatives as required and to communicate with complete transparency to all team members and management, ensuring a key component of the sales process.
? Evaluate and consider in the quotation phase risks, opportunities and contractual obligations 
? Manage Customer Requirements: Manages customer expectations and solving of issues and actively gathers information on the customer and customer's strategies, requirements and targets
? Regularly performs lessons learned activities and feeds the results into the organization
? Regular customer visits to sites to be able to map customer decision makers. 
? Develop and grow strategy for the Israel fleet, and integrate it with the strategy for our region.

What You Bring 

? A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
? A minimum of three years of experience in services for rotative equipment in cross-organizational projects. 
? Experience in Gas Turbines and associated equipment and Industrial and Power Generation markets.
? Team player and able to communicate multiple levels of customers, peers and team members.
? Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Availability to travel around Israel sites.
? High written and speaking skills in English. 
? Ability to work in an accurate and structured way.
? Capability to be self-supporting (able to work without supervision) and quickly learn new concepts
? Growing mentality, open to constantly learn and try new ways.
? High skills for collaborative work among diverse teams and different countries, ability to create good team environment and be a key part to motivate it towards the common and individual objectives.


About the Team

You will belong to the Sales team dealing the Gas Turbines fleet from Siemens Energy who will support you and coach you on the specifics of the job. You will join a diverse and multicultural team working for the complete South West Region with specific focus in Israel.
