•Responsible for end-to-end execution of SEEL workshop orders (internal and external) from contract handover to warranty closure

•Ensure on-time delivery, cost control, quality compliance, and contractual fulfillment

•Act as the central interface among Sales, Factory functions, and Customers internal and external

How You’ll Make an Impact

•Take over orders from Sales and organize order kick-off meeting

接收销售移交的订单并组织订单启动会议

•Review and manage contractual technical, commercial, schedule and QHSE requirements

识别并管理合同中的技术、商务、交期以及QHSE相关要求

•Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics departments

协调工程、采购、生产、质量和物流等部门

•Develop, maintain and follow up order execution schedules and milestones

制定、 维护并跟踪订单执行计划和关键里程碑

•Monitor order cost, margin, risks, and change management

监控订单成本、利润、以及进行风险及变更管理

•Act as main customer interface during execution phase

作为订单执行阶段客户的主要接口

•Coordinate inspections, FAT and delivery.

协调检验、FAT 及产品交付。

•Deal with warranty relevant repairs and replacement if any.

负责处理质保相关的维修及更换事宜（如有）

•Be familiar with and proficient in the usage of Siemens Energy tools like IPARM, MES, etc. 

熟悉并能够熟练使用西门子能源的相关工具，如 IPARM、MES 等。

•Follow Siemens Energy process and regulations, e.g. Information Security, Compliance, LoA process.

遵循西门子能源的流程和相关规定，例如信息安全、合规要求以及授权（LoA）等流程。

•Support bid manager in analyzing technical requirements, preparing bidding documents and calculations as appropriate bridge to execution. 

作为执行桥梁作用，支持投标经理进行技术需求分析，准备投标文件并支持报价计算等工作。

What You Bring：

•Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, power distribution, or related fields; familiar with low-voltage switchgear and industry brands.

电气工程、电力配电或相关专业本科及以上学历；熟悉低压开关柜及主流行业品牌

•Experienced in low-voltage equipment selection and technical analysis. 

具备低压电气设备选型及技术分析相关经验

•3–5 years of experience in quotation or order execution in electrical manufacturing 

3–5 年电气制造行业的报价或订单执行经验

•Proficiency in Siemens low-voltage distribution and frequency control products is preferred

优先考虑熟悉西门子低压配电及变频控制产品者

•Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills

具备良好的跨部门沟通与协调能力

•Good command of English and Chinese

具备良好的中英文沟通能力
