As a Regional Sales Manager for Gas Services, you will be responsible for driving the sales and business development activities for our Gas Services products in your area of responsibility (multi countries).
How you’ll make an impact:
- Play a key role in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Develop a confirmed sales pipeline.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
- Require a deep understanding of gas turbines technology.
- Demonstrate strong sales competence.
- Effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential customers.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with relevant sales experience in technical capital equipment, solutions, and service with a short to medium duration sales cycle.
- 3-7 years of related experience in Sales.
- Marketing, and business development experience.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth, acquire new accounts, and enhance key account relationships.
- Knowledge of gas turbine technology, applications, and oil and gas industry.
- Ability to network with different Sales Heads and other Sales Peers.
- Strategic approach, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to capture new business and develop strong pipeline.
- Versatile interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to prioritize and handle own time optimally to achieve targets, particularly in a multi customer environment.
