Join us as a Lead Engineer in Service Modernizations & Upgrades, where you will embrace a dynamic role that allows you to work with cutting-edge technology while expanding your expertise. You will take charge of the technical coordination for both electrical and mechanical aspects of your projects, guiding them from sales through to commissioning. As part of our service organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering modernization and upgrade projects for our existing fleet of gas and steam turbines, making a significant impact on our operations.

• You will develop a clear project plan outlining objectives and execution strategies.
• You will lead the project team according to the plan while adeptly managing any changes that arise.
• Your ability to motivate and inspire your project team will be key to achieving successful outcomes.
• You will ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team.

What You Bring

• A university degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in engineering or commissioning, particularly in modernization projects.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
• A driven mindset with a passion for learning and professional development.
• A collaborative spirit, enjoying teamwork with both colleagues and customers.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Together, we strive to enhance our existing fleet and ensure operational excellence.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
