Responsible for the purchasing processes of highly complex production materials, involving the analysis of requisitions, preparation and verification of quotations, negotiations, approvals and placement of purchase orders and/or contracts within the negotiated deadlines, with competitive costs/prices and pre-established quality standards!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Serve as procurement lead for SAP S/4HANA updates, supplier onboarding (R4B/R2O), and process standardization across North America.
• Manage procurement KPIs including SDR/OTD, invoice processing, ESN/NLA coding corrections, and support internal/external audits.
• Conduct supplier evaluations (DOME), risk assessments (Superis), and categorization (C1–C3), while supporting EHS compliance initiatives.
• Issue and audit purchase orders in SAP (ME21N/ME31L), ensuring alignment with SCM301 standards and strategic buyer negotiations.
• Drive automation and digitalization of procurement workflows, including EDI implementation and auto-order parameterization in SAP.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve purchasing tools, support strategic buyers, and participate in procurement workshops and meetings.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 10 years of experience required within Procurement & Supply Chain.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft office products (Power Point, Word and Excel).
• Experience with SAP PT2 is desirable.
• Must be customer focused and a collaborative team player.
• Possess the ability to assess priorities, demonstrate flexibility and understand sense of urgency.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, demonstrate problem solving abilities, decision-making, and continuous improvement skills.
