How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and inspire a team of Project Lead Engineers across electrical/control and mechanical disciplines, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Own the engineering execution process for Mods & Ups projects, ensuring technical and financial follow-up while turning lessons learned into actionable improvements.
• Act as the first point of contact for new projects, coordinating workload with other engineering managers to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales to align technical solutions with customer expectations, supporting complex discussions and guiding your team in overcoming challenges related to upgrades and modifications.

What You Bring

• Proven leadership experience as a manager or senior project leader, demonstrating your ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Strong technical background, preferably in control systems or turbine engineering, showcasing your expertise in the field.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build trust and foster relationships across teams and with customers.
• A passion for technology and problem-solving in a dynamic, global environment, driving your commitment to excellence.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
