How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Labor Relations:

  • Leading employee and labor relations for all the business units
  • Support compliance with labor regulations with a main focus on collective law
  • Negotiating collective bargaining agreements; contract administration and interpretation, Relationship and treatment with delegates and different trade union figures
  • Support HR management and business leaders in the analysis, prevention or resolution of individual and collective labor conflicts
  • Advising and guiding Business Leaders to find the more suitable workforce planification for each project.
  • Attention to inspections by the union and MTSS.

As a Human Resources Business Partner:

  • Supports and implements the local People Strategy / Functional HR Strategy and / or other strategic HR initiatives with respective business leader and advises and supports the business management.
  • Advises business management regarding general HR topics, processes, and compliance issues, based on local regulations.
  • Planning workforce demands for (an) assigned organization(s).
  • Ensures quality and adherence to local standards for core HR processes.
  • Mentor’s managers on employee relations

What You Bring

  • Candidates with a Bachelor´s Degree in Human Resources, Law, or Labor Relations, or equivalent experience, are encouraged to apply.
  • Advanced English
  • You have at least 5 years human resources in similar positions
  • You have known to work in encouraging and motivating change in business.
