A Snapshot of Your Day

 

Join us as the Head of Parts Service America, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring business continuity for our region. In this Director-level position within the Global Service Operations for Industrial Steam Turbines & Generators, you will lead the parts service function across North America. You will drive strategic sales and operational excellence by developing regional sales strategies, overseeing sales operations teams, and managing budgetary controls. As a member of the Regional Service and Global Spare Parts business leadership team, you will collaborate with international colleagues to enhance our service offerings and optimize parts availability. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will develop and execute regional sales strategies for industrial steam turbine and generator parts, achieving market share, revenue, and margin targets.
  • You will direct and oversee all sales operations practices, policies, and procedures for the Parts Service America organization.
  • You will provide strategic insight on deal structures, sales investments, and value propositions to optimize business goals and constraints.
  • You will monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to identify and prioritize strategic sales projects and inform go-to-market strategies.
  • You will lead, mentor, and develop multiple teams of sales operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. In lieu of degree, experience is acceptable.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales operations, business development, or a related field, preferably within the industrial, manufacturing, or energy sector.
  • You possess proven experience in a senior leadership role (Director level or equivalent), with responsibility for strategy execution and managing multiple teams.
  • You demonstrate expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition within a sales context.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a proven ability to develop and analyze business metrics with a track record in creating business value through Data and eCommerce.

This job may be based in New York or Trenton NJ. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.  Details regarding our benefits can be found here: https://benefitsatenergy.com/thinking-of-joining.html.  The base salary range for this position if based in New York or New Jersey is $136,000–$219,000 and the annual incentive target is 15-25% of base salary. 

Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
