- Own safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery across NWSE—setting and enforcing operational policies and EHS standards, embedding Zero Harm at all customer sites; Steer regional execution through end-to-end resource planning and logistics, balancing utilization, schedule adherence, quality, and cost performance.
- Build and govern the execution hub model to ensure consistent delivery, transparency, and scalable capacity across the sub-region; Lead and develop a geographically dispersed organization—setting goals, driving performance and engagement, and strengthening succession for critical roles.
- Drive continuous improvement through simplification, standardization, and digitalization of service workflows; Own the NWSE budget and short-term execution plan—forecasting performance, reporting to senior management, and aligning priorities to business objectives and growth opportunities.
- Build strong customer and internal partnerships (PM, Sales, Engineering, Competence Centers) and lead escalations to secure resolution and customer confidence; Build and govern the execution hub model to ensure consistent delivery, transparency, and scalable capacity across the sub-region.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive relevant professional experience leading technical Field Service operations in the energy or industrial sector, with strong on-site Field Service credibility.
- Proven leader of multi-country, geographically dispersed teams—setting clear expectations, building a structured operating rhythm, and driving accountability through performance management and coaching.
- Demonstrated talent leadership—hiring and onboarding, succession planning for critical roles, and targeted retention actions for scarce technical skills; Change leader who simplifies operating models, embeds new processes and digital tools, and sustains adoption through clear governance and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen—budgeting and forecasting, and translating KPIs into decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders; Excellent communication and influence across a matrix organization; confident leading escalations and building trusted relationships with customers and internal partners.
- Fluent English; additional languages and international experience are a plus.
