- Lead the Digital Finance Transformation: Shaping and executing the finance digitalization roadmap in close collaboration with the Execution Units and global functions of Grid Technologies as well as acting as a digitalization partner for FIN GT, providing governance and guardrails to secure sustainability and efficiency across digital initiatives
- Govern Data & System Landscape: Overseeing the digital infrastructure and ensure the creation and operations of a harmonized and connected data repository as the foundation for FIN AI activities
- Drive Innovation in BI & AI: Champion the adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and automation tools to enhance financial insights and operational efficiency
- Architect Sustainable Solutions: Designing and implementing scalable, user-centric digital solutions that improve process efficiency and data quality as well as embed citizen development activities into the corporate strategy and represent GT in corporate projects
- Enable and Develop Teams: Building a diverse, skilled digital finance team and foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous learning
- Proven leadership in finance transformation, ideally with 10+ years in international finance roles
- Strong understanding of finance processes, systems, and data flows
- Proven ability to bridge Finance and IT, with hands-on experience in digital governance, data engineering, and process architecture
- Visionary mindset, able to inspire and lead teams through change
- Experience with ERP, BI, analytics, and cloud platforms (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Snowflake)
