A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Field Supervisor, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for directing field operations, ensuring safe and efficient project execution, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead crews, oversee safety and operational compliance, and act as the primary point of contact for customers while driving project success in demanding oil and gas environments.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead and supervise field crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
  • Serve as the primary on-site decision-maker and customer representative, building strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct JSEA activities and enforce all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute field operations while proactively resolving operational challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing field procedures, operational performance, and best practices.
  • Support 24/7 operational readiness, including rotational call-outs, equipment maintenance, and personnel development.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing field personnel is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of oil and gas industry experience, with produced water and flowback operations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of 14C regulations, Safe Charts, and Gulf of Mexico (GOM) operating standards is preferred.
  • Experience with Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) systems and water filtration/oil & gas separation processes is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
