A Snapshot of Your Day
You are responsible for driving the sales strategy in the critical Sugar & Ethanol market for steam turbine & generator services in Brazil. You will manage the relationship with the key stakeholders of our key accounts, ensure high customer satisfaction, and protect and upkeep the fleet installed in this sector
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead account management for major customers in Brazil’s sugar & ethanol sector, ensuring alignment with their maintenance plans and service needs.
- Manage one of the largest installed fleets of steam turbines and generators (STG) in the Brazilian market.
- Offer tailored solutions including spare parts, services, long-term maintenance plans (LTPs), upgrades, and revamps.
- Coordinate with client departments (technical and purchasing) from planning through to negotiation and order booking.
- Liaise with Siemens Energy factories to secure technical and logistical support for customer operations.
- Drive business development by analyzing market trends, maintaining CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and building long-term customer relationships.
What You Bring
- Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering degree (graduate or postgraduate).
- Working experience in the Brazilian sugar market is mandatory
- Portuguese language is mandatory, advances english skills will be an added plus
