A Snapshot of Your Day

In our HVDC Communication Team, we test and verify network infrastructures, communication interfaces, as well as HMI concepts of our innovative HVDC projects in our test center. During the commissioning of our HVDC systems worldwide, we ensure the flawless functionality and quality. Our diverse and multinational teams work closely with project management, system, and component engineering to provide custom solutions based on the latest innovations in HVDC technology.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the technical, timely, and cost‑efficient commissioning of HVDC systems worldwide, with focus on data networks and SCADA‑level communication.
  • Commission, support, and optimize TCP/IP‑based network infrastructure and HMI concepts.
  • Manage time synchronization systems and signal converters, serving as the interface to all signal‑supplying components.
  • Support other commissioning teams, customers, and partners in troubleshooting and testing communication interfaces.
  • Contribute to quality, risk, claim management, and continuous improvement programs (Lean, reviews, lessons learned).
