A Snapshot of Your Day
As a CAPA Program Lead, you will review new QIS submissions to confirm accurate routing and ownership, coach teams through RCA quality and documentation expectations, prepare executive insights for the NA CAPA Council, and lead structured governance forums to ensure disciplined escalation and timely record progression. You regularly partner with global EQS/QM teams to harmonize processes and implement system changes, facilitate targeted training on QIS and RCA methods, troubleshoot at risk records to unblock progress, and manage CI@GS learning materials to ensure effective regional adoption.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Serve as primary lead for the NA CAPA and QIS programs.
- Lead QIS working groups, CAPA councils, and structured decision sessions.
- Manage escalations for overdue, stalled, or poorly defined records.
- Coach Owners and Leads on RCA depth, action‑plan completeness, and validation expectations.
- Develop and deliver QIS and CAPA training across NA.
- Track metrics such as cycle time, late/unhealthy records, validation performance.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience considered) and 5+ years of experience in quality, service operations, engineering, or process management.
- Advanced level understanding of CAPA systems and nonconformance processes (preferably QIS).
- Skilled facilitator; able to lead structured, sometimes difficult, discussions.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with RCA discipline.
- Influence without authority across multiple levels and organizations.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
