- Lead the S4E Program on the business side, focusing on regional and manufacturing entities
- Establish and improve project governance, methodologies, and reporting structures with PMO support
- Coordinate with stakeholders across business units to align transformation initiatives and ensure business-side requirements are reflected in system design
- Oversee end-to-end process transformation and interface optimization while driving process standardization that respects local business needs and regulatory requirements
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and digital enablement
- Keep stakeholders informed about progress, challenges, and successes, and report transformation progress to senior leadership
- Degree in business, technology, or a related field
- Longstanding experience project management abilities, with expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience leading business-side SAP S/4HANA or large-scale ERP rollout and transformation projects
- Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes, cross-functional interfaces, and change management in SAP or comparable environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and diverse teams
- Proficiency in English and willingness to travel as needed for rollout activities
