A Snapshot of Your Day 

As Business Transformation Lead (f/m/d), you will manage our SAP S/4HANA implementation program within Transformation of Industry – Steam Turbines and Generators (TI STG) as part of our digital transformation journey. This role involves coordinating business activities, optimizing cross-functional interfaces, and driving change while focusing on transforming E2E business processes and aligning business needs with digital capabilities. You will tackle complex challenges, promote cross-country teamwork, and ensure business readiness for a successful transformation.


How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Lead the S4E Program on the business side, focusing on regional and manufacturing entities
  • Establish and improve project governance, methodologies, and reporting structures with PMO support
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across business units to align transformation initiatives and ensure business-side requirements are reflected in system design
  • Oversee end-to-end process transformation and interface optimization while driving process standardization that respects local business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and digital enablement
  • Keep stakeholders informed about progress, challenges, and successes, and report transformation progress to senior leadership

What You Bring

  • Degree in business, technology, or a related field
  • Longstanding experience project management abilities, with expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder engagement
  • Proven experience leading business-side SAP S/4HANA or large-scale ERP rollout and transformation projects
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes, cross-functional interfaces, and change management in SAP or comparable environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and diverse teams
  • Proficiency in English and willingness to travel as needed for rollout activities
