A Snapshot of Your Day
As Resource Management Specialist ICW (Installation, Commissioning, Warranty) you will be the expert in managing inquiries concerning project staffing systematics for the Installation & Commissioning phase of projects.
You work in a wide range of products, such as Centrifugal- & Reciprocating Compressors, Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, Electrical motor drives (including their power systems), SCADA systems and 3rd party supplied equipment.
Together with your colleagues in the ICW team, you build up a close corporation with your internal service counterparts, the project execution teams and 3rd party suppliers.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Build up corporation with the Field Service Heads of different Product lines and the Regional Field Service Teams Worldwide.
- Identify and keep track on the available Field Service resource pools Worldwide.
- Be familiar with Field Service certification requirements and where possible, create synergy for cross training.
- Keep track on Tooling requirements for the different product lines during the Installation & Commissioning phase.
- Maintain and keep track on the required Field Service resources for New-unit Projects via the OnePM Request Work Flow Tool system.
- Develop strategies to establish the most economical Manpower planning for projects in the execution phase. Your focus will be on using as much as possible local (certified) resources.
- Support for projects in execution by de-bottlenecking short comes in I&C resources.
- In specific cases, analyze commercial, technical, legal aspects for the I&C portion and provide Comments and Exceptions to I&C specifications
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must have work experience in resource allocation and management for large scale project execution, preferably from Oil and Gas sector or CAPEX projects.
- Previous work experience in Rotating Equipment, Installation and commissioning is optional but advantageous.
- Critical thinking, analytical and forecasting skills
- Initiator, progress driven and solution-oriented skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal interaction skills (effective communication, negotiation, collaboration and Networking skills).
- Flexibility and decision-making skill
