A Snapshot of Your Day We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Management Team Lead to coordinate our project management team within people services and systems. This role involves strategic planning, leading all aspects of the execution of projects, and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Additionally, the Project Management Team Lead will be responsible for implementing effective change management strategies to adapt to evolving project requirements. This role requires proactive leadership to anticipate challenges and deploy solutions that align with interpersonal goals. Will play a pivotal role in our transformation initiatives, working with colleagues and diverse internal and external partners across the globe. How You will Make an Impact 

• Lead a team of project managers and coordinators to deliver high-quality projects aligned with business objectives. 
• Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of projects related to HR systems and services. 
• Drive the transformation of HR Operations across the organization by managing global process changes, ensuring seamless service transitions and/or system implementations. 
• Develop project plans, manage resources, and handle changes in scope, schedule, and costs. 
• Resolve conflicts and handle escalations effectively. 
• Communicate project updates and gather feedback from stakeholders at all organizational levels. 
• Anchor project methodology best practices within the organization, incorporating comprehensive change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption and effective process. 
• Promote a team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. 
• Be responsible for vendor and third-party relationships, ensuring alignment with business needs. 
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. 
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. 
• Generate reports on project outcomes, lessons learned, and future recommendations. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. 
• Relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred. 
• Validated experience (5+ years) in project management, specifically in HR systems, services or payroll 
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of handling cross-functional teams and delivering results. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. 
• Experience with HRIS systems and implementing SaaS solutions is highly desirable. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
