A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)
Coordination of Complex Parts orders in SAP PD2. You will have daily interaction with our manufacturing facilities as well as with our team in Orlando.
How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)
- Review customer order delivery requirements Expedite overdue critical items
- Escalate at-risk parts and ensure PM Awareness
- Utilize the OM Checklist to find alternatives for at-risk parts
- Provide External Buyers with Requisitions for purchase Orders to be placed with External Vendors
- Work with TC or CDM to ensure part number is fully created in SAP
- Manage Billing Dates
- Create Purchase Orders on Internal Shops (WSC, CLT) in SAP PD2

§ Missed Billing
§ GR/IR Discrepancies
§ Past Due Delivery Error
§ Billing Blocks
§ Order Invalid Purchase Order Date
§ Other alerts as needed.
What You Bring (requirements)
- Fluent English Speaking and Reading.
- Ability to travel to the USA (VISA)
- Bachelor of Sciences in Business, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience
- Experience with SAP PD2 preferred.
- Microsoft Office – Excel proficiency a plus
- Must be a self-starter and highly professional.
- Results Oriented & attention to detail.
- Ownership mindset
- Knowledge of business, financial, and operational processes
- Effective communication and organizational skills are a must.
- Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional problems.
- Strong Interpersonal & Customer Service Skills
- Willingness to learn more and assist others during peak season.
