Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Trainee – Learning & Development! In this engaging role, you will provide essential support for Learning & Development activities, focusing on the operational aspects and monitoring of both internal and external training. Imagine gaining hands-on experience in people development processes within a corporate and international environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines while contributing to the growth and development of our talented workforce.

How You’ll Make an Impact
As a key member of the Learning & Development team, you will assist with a variety of impactful activities, including:

• Assisting in identifying training needs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Supporting the administrative management of training by creating and maintaining training records.
• Monitoring onboarding processes and mandatory training to ensure accurate recording and compliance.
• Supporting the tracking of training metrics such as training hours and attendance rates.
• Providing support for internal communications regarding training and development initiatives.
• Assisting with processes related to learning platforms (e.g., LMS) to enhance training delivery.

What You Bring
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• An academic degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• A keen interest in Training, Development, and Learning.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
